Coach Dolph’s tutelage on the wrestling mat was more than just a message about the sport. It was a message about life. What he taught was to understand your mind, body and soul and push yourself to new levels in trying to be the best you can be. Also, to learn and understand other people’s technique was important, but to learn, understand and then make it your own was what he mastered. Most importantly, Coach Dolph has one of the biggest hearts and cared about us so much. I love that guy and will always appreciate his expertise!
